Then 5 x’s Downward Dog

Japanse push up.

Simple Six

Complex: (:20)

3 rounds of:

5 DB Single Arm  BP L/R modify to suite your pull or push

5 Push Ups

5 DB Floor press

Strength Bench or your uper body pull or push (:40)

Work to a heavy 5 or 8 then at 95% perform two  max sets with a minimum of 5 or 8 reps in the first set

Conditioning

4 rounds of Circuit:

45 seconds on 15 seconds off

  1. Ring Rows
  2. Wall Ball
  3. Plank

1 minute between rounds.
