Happy Hump Day. Why yes, I am an eagle. Have a pleasant day.

 

Warm Up:

Catalyst Part 1

Simple Six (:10)

then as needed 2 more minutes of mobility.

Complex

3 times through

3 x One arm bench L/R or Press L/R

3x10 Bat Wings with pause.

Strength:

Work to a heavy 5 or 8 Bench, Press or Row then 3x5 or 2x8 at 90%

Conditioning:

The Eagle

8 Rounds

8 Double KB Squats

Farmers Carry there

8 Double Kb Squats

Farmers Carry back. (This is one round)
