Our gym.

Our new and "cozy" gym is coming to fruition. Soon it will be done.

 Warm Up: Animal Walks, Simple Six, Flying Suacers, 

Auxiliary: Grease the groove for your pulls or pushes.

Strength: Push or Pull to heavy single then 3xAMRAP @80%

Conditioning

 5 rounds of:

10 reps of the opposite of your strength.

10 Bar Facing Burpees

10 Wipers
