Warm Up: Abmat Tag-Animal Walks-Simple Six

Auxiliary: Grease your groove with dumbells. If you are presing do a few presses and pulls, if you are pulling do a few pulls and presses.

Strength: Work to heavy single push or pull then at 85% 2 max efforts.

Conditioning:

5 rounds, 45 seconds on 15 seconds off:
