Strength:

Work to a heavy 5/8 rep max Press then:

@ 60%

Men 5x5

Women 5x8 (:40)

Conditioning:

21 15 9

Push Press 135/95

Swings 70/50

Pull Ups

Stress and Anxiety $@#& that!
