"Mother's Dumplings" The closest I have come to finding a truly authenitc Taiwanese dumpling outside of there. 

 

Warm Up: (:10)

2 min get warm.

3 rounds of:

Banded x walk T

5 Goblet Squats plus 5 sec hold.

Banded x walk b

5 Goblet Squats plus 5 sec hold.

Plus 2 min of stretchign as needed.

Complex: (:20)

3 rounds of:

Muscle Clean

Front Squat

Clean from pockets

HP Cl  Knees

HP Cl Thighs

Front Squat

Strength: (:40)

Work to heavy single then at 95% 8x1 or 5x1

Conditioning:

Amrap 10 min of: KB Clean and Jerk/Push Press/Press
