Work to a heavy single then 8x1@ 80%

Conditioning:

4 rounds of:

12 DBL KB SQ*

Farmers Carry T

12 RIng Rows

Farmers Carry B

 

*Load is uneven, switch hands on return farmers carry. Switch load each time you squat.
