5 Goblet Squats plus 5 sec hold.

Banded Walk  B

5 Goblet Squats plus 5 sec hold.

Plus 2 min of stretching as needed. (:10)

Complex

Add load x2

3 rounds of:

Muscle Clean

Front Squat

Clean from pockets

HP CL Knees

HP CL Thighs

Front Squat (:20)

Strength

Clean

Work to heavy single then 8x1@75% (:45)

Conditioning:

“Tabata-ish”

Russian Twist

Leg Raise Hold

Kb Swings
