Front Squat

HP Clean Knees

HP Clean Thighs

Clean Pockets

Front Squat (:20)

Strength:

Work to a heavy single then @:

60%

8x1 (:40)

Conditioning

4 rounds of:

30 D/U’s

5 Burpees

10 DBL KB Squats

3 cleans (Start at 60%) add load each round
