Muscle snatch


P Sn Pockets

P Sn Thighs

Snatch Knees


Strength Snatch: (:40)

Work to heavy single then at 95% 8x1 or 5x1


With 2xKB/DB

3 rounds of:

25  Box Steps ups.

25  DB Thrusters.
