Happy Thursday. Gym is open but I will be next door mudding the other side.

Auxiliary:

Burgener then 3 position snatch work.

Strength:

Snatch till  heavy single then reps at 80%

Conditioning: 6 min Amrap Add one rep per round

1 Bar Muscle Ups

2 Burpees

3 Squat

Go HARD and FAST!
