Warm Up: Catalyst 

Aux: Burgener x 3 then pulls 3 x 5 ading load each time. Pull more than you can snatch or clean.

Strength: Work to heavy snatch or clean then reps at 95%

Conditioning: 3/6/9/12/15 ......(10 Minute cap)

Ball Slam

Pull ups

1/2/3/4/5/..... Athletemakers per round
