Warm Up:

Joints Trainers choice.

Then 5 x’s Downward Dog

Japanse push up.

Simple Six

Complex:

2 rounds of:

5 DB Single Arm  BP L/R

5 Push Ups

5 DB Floor press

Strength:

Work to a heavy set of either 5 or 8 then:

5x5 or 5x8 @65%

Conditioning:

Start where you want. Finish one section before moving on.

5 Rope climb

10x Deadlift (315#/225#)

20x Back squat (225#/135#)

30x Handstand push-ups

40x Sit-ups

Sprint 200
