1. Box jump overs.

2. Over Unders with PVC.

3. Bear Crawl.

4. Lunge

5. One Legged jumps.

6. Karaoke

Skill work:

With a partner, you watch them and help then switch.

Strength:

Heavy Single Push Press

Conditioning:

10 Slam Ball

5 Ball Toss:

200 M Run

4 min of

10 Wall Ball

10 Double Unders

400 M run

4 min of:

10 Goblet Squats

10 Swings
