Mark, thanks for being a good sport. Looking really solid! We spent some time really looking at Mark's Deadlift the other day. Technique before time!


Warm Up:

Abmat tag., Animal Walks, Agile 8

Aux Warm Up: 

Hip/Glute work of some kind.


Work to a heavy single then 2 x AMRAP at 85%

Conditioning: This is not for speed! This is for tehnique not time.

With a partner. You go, I go of:

25/25 Kettlebell squats

25/25 Deficit Box Jumps

10/10 High 5 Burpees

25/25 Pull Up/RIng Row

25/25 McGill Curl Up. Each leg.
