Warm Up: Joints plus Limber 11

Aux: 3 x 10 ish Goblet squats. Slow and deliberate.

Strength: Work to heavy sngle then 1 set of Max @ 95%

Conditioning: AMRAP 12 min of: 

15 KB Swings 72/50

5 x side Single arm KB Thruster

30 D/Us' or 100 M row.
