T spine

Hip on Box

Ankle

Pigeon

Complex:

3 times through:

5 Air Squats.

10  BB/KB Front Squats wIth 2 sec pause.

BB/KB Rack Hold x 20 Seconds (:20)

Strength:

Work to a heavy 5 or 8 then 5x5 or 4x8@ 80%

Conditioning:

21 15 9

Hollow Rock

KB Swings

T2B

KB Snatch
