5 Air Squats.

10  BB/KB Front Squats wIth 2 sec pause.

BB/KB Rack Hold x 20 Seconds (:20)


Squat to a heavy 5 or 8 then 2x8 or 3x5 at 90%


1 min Max Swings              

 5 min AMRAP of:

6 Thrusters 135/95

6 Bar Facing Burpees

1 min of Max Swings

5 min AMRAP of:

6 Strict Pull Ups/ring rows. If you cannot work strict you may kip. You may use a band but no kipping with a band.

6 Push Ups

1 min Max Swings
