5 Air Squats

10 Banded

Pause squats

Strength:

Work to a heavy set of either 5 or 8 then:

5x5 or 5x8 @65%

Conditioning:

5 rounds of:

200m Sprint

5 Body Blasters

15x KB swing (72#/53#)
