Limber 11

2 min additional stretching.

Complex:

3 rounds of:

5 hinges (Unloaded) *

5 BGBS

10 Swings

Really look for hamstrings.

Strength:

Work to a heavy set of either 5 or 8 then:

5x5 or 5x8 @65%

Conditioning:

Dirty Thirty
