2 min additional stretching.

5 hinges (Unloaded) *


10 Swings

Really look for hamstrings.

Strength Deadlift: (:40)

Work to a heavy 5 or 8 then at 95% perform two max sets

with a minimum of 5 or 8 reps in the first set
