Ready for a big week everyone? Week 3 is the tough one. Push as hard as you can within the parameters of safe technique.

Warm Up

Joints then,

Bear Crawl TNB

Limber 11

1x10 BGBS

1x10 KB Deadlift

 

Strength

5x75%

3x85%

1+x95%

If you have the energy, add some BB of your choice and make sure you take your time. Warm up thouroughly, grease the groove, rest between sets.

 

Conditioning

5 minutes of:

Max Burpees
