Today I went for my first ABW session, I wasn’t sure what to expect but I new there would be some pain before there was gain. (Yes fascial stretching does hurt)
My session was 45min in length and Michael worked on my pecs and lats. I have an extremely tight upper body which limits my ability to move through a full range of motion and impacts the quality of my life.
I have been to massage sessions, chiropractor sessions and acupuncture and none of these have gotten the results that I got from just one ABW session. I couldn’t ask for much more. I would invite and recommend anyone to give it a try, you would be amazed.
