Meet Julie, your M.O.M for April

Meet our Member of the Month for April.  I am proud to present to you...Julie Julie is one of the rock solid rock stars of the noon class. Julie recently hit PR's in her front squat triple and her clean.

What exercises or sports did you participate in before joining CrossFit Guelph?


Running and going to a regular gym.

How long have you been training at CrossFit Guelph?

Since April 2014

Favourite exercise or workout?

Squatting is definitely my favourite. Cleans are quickly becoming my second favourite

Least favourite exercise or workout?


Describe your first day at CrossFit Guelph

I was terrified but felt welcomed by everyone especially Aranka with her big smile. I was so sore after that forst class but it was so worth it. I quickly wanted to come to class every day.

What sort of changes have you seen since joining CrossFit Guelph?

I am happier, stronger and fitter.

What advice would you give people who are curious about trying out CrossFit Guelph? 

Just give it a try. It will be the best thing you ever do. Everyone at CrossFit Guelph is welcoming and the coaches are amazing.
