What exercise or sports did you participate in before joining CrossFit Guelph?
My wife and I had joined another Crossfit box in Guelph for about 3 years. Prior to that I played soccer for >10years in my teens.
How long have you been training with CrossFit Guelph?

Least Favourite exercise or workout?
Do not have one. I love every challenge these workouts bring.
Describe your first day at CrossFit Guelph
Humbling and very informative. I felt that there was a lot to be gained from Mike and the his coaching staff, Tonya, Dan, Tiff, and Eric.
What sort of changes have you seen since joining CrossFit Guelph?
I have seen a huge improvement with my cleans and over all strength. The positive atmosphere and community help motivate me to excel and improve myself each and every time I am here. The programming has made a tremendous change to my conditioning and strength. The emphasis put on safety was new to us and feel that it has become a very important part of our workout and programming regime.
What advice would you give people who are curious about trying CrossFit Guelph?
Do not fear it, embrace it. Never believe that you cannot do it. It is not about if you fail, or that you cannot do it, there is no such thing. Crossfit if for everyone, not just the jocks or the muscle bound freaks. We are assessing our selfs against our self, not everyone else. It is not about what the other person did, it is about the success that we achieve each and everyday.
