Congratulations Aranka. This is Aranka's 2nd member of the month award. Aranka is as dedicated as they come. She trains 5 days per week is always smiling and encouraging. It's been a pleasure to know you these past years. ALSO, for those of you who do not know this. Aranka is the Queen of Paleo Baking. Get on her good side and she will feed you and as a bonus... She never forgets a birthday.

What exercise or sport did you participate in before joining CrossFit Guelph?

Some Karate but mostly gym and home exercise programs.

Describe your first day at CrossFit Guelph

I was so excited, happy and nervous at same times, but it became my addiction

What changes have you seen since joining CrossFit Guelph?

Never been healthier and sexier , I love to see and feel my muscles even if I don’t have six pack abs yet, I’m in a better mood every day especially after the workout. I feel great and sleep better.

What advice would you give anyone curious about trying out CrossFit Guelph?

I love the people of CrossFit Guelph it feels like family , great community of people, lots of joyful event, great coaches and good exercises.


Feels like home! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to move and like their body.
