Brian, a stalwart of the 6 am classes and just all around nice guy is a dedicated, caring, and coachable beast in training who understands how to work very hard but also within himself and his limitations. He truly embodies all that we are about at CFG. My money is he becomes the first CFG member to do a one handed pull up. Congrats Brian. Keep on keepin on.

What exercise or sports did you participate in before joining CrossFit Guelph? Before CrosFit I rode downhill and XC Mountain Bikes, Trials Bikes and BMX.

Describe your first day at CrossFit Guelph? First day at CFG was a trial day when I was moving back to Guelph and was looking for a new place to train. Was impressed by the focus on technique and lack of fear of hurting my feelings by pointing out what I sucked at.
What sort of changes have you seen since joining CrossFit Guelph? Since joining CFG I've put on 15lbs of muscle mass, learned muscle ups and significantly raised my PRs in all my lifts.
What advice would you give people who are curious about trying CrossFit Guelph? To people who are curious about trying CFG I'd say do it! The coaching and community are awesome.
