Far more than a group fitness class, CrossFit is individual coaching in a group setting. Workouts are different every day; intense; but modified for each participant’s ability.
Your CrossFit Guelph experience begins with your individually designed On Ramp program. Six one-on-one sessions to take you from your current level to CrossFit ready. After each session you will receive a movement review video of the days session plus an at home workout complete with video demonstration and instruction to practice your newly acquired skills.
Beginner or experienced your individualized On Ramp program will lay the groundwork to your continued success.
