Crossfit Kids for Youth and Teen Programs

Based on the CrossFit principles of Technique, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.

Consistently good mechanics translates to increased self confidence, enhanced sports performance and fewer injuries for kids.

Additionally a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

CrossFit Kids is designed to be BIG fun and challenging at all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.

CrossFit Guelph’s Kids and Teen programs mirror the school year and are offered as semesters.
Our programs run in Fall, Winter and Summer

We encourage you to have your young athlete participate in a FREE TRIAL CLASS.

CrossFit Guelph’s Future Stars Training Programs are SAFE, FUN AND CHALLENGING.

Kids (8-12)

CrossFit Guelph Kids classes run Monday and Wednesday from 4 - 4:45 PM.

Teen (13-18)

CrossFit Guelph Strength and Conditioning classes run Monday, Tuesday,Thursday from 4-5PM.

Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp

Our Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp runs Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8 am - 10 am during the months of July and August beginning on the first Monday of July.

Summer camps are designed specifically for high school athletes and those athletes that may be looking towards a College or University athletics career and focuses on nutrition, mobility, injury risk reduction, strength and power.

Athletes may choose from 4 and 8 week programs.

Our classes are kept to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure your young athlete gets the attention they deserve.
