Why Basic Training Boot Camp?
Our boot camp will exceed your expectations - At CrossFit Guelph Boot Camp is not a Mega Body Pump class. You will be coached not led. Boot camps should be an opportunity for participants to learn skills that improve the quality of their lives. We take great pride in teaching and emphasizing quality movement and proper technique.
After graduating Basic Training Boot Camp,
you will have the knowledge and confidence to continue into our regular CrossFit classes, or return to your old gym with real knowledge that you can safely apply to your training.
If you want to work hard in a safe, fun and supportive atmosphere, explore new training methodology, and excel in your athletic endeavours outside of the gym, then CrossFit Guelph’s Basic Training Boot Camp is what you are looking for.
With your CrossFit Guelph Basic Training Boot Camp membership you will also receive a FREE week, absolutely no obligation, trial of regular CrossFit Classes. You may attend as many or as few as you like in any time slot.
Decide you love us during your Free trial week and we will give you an extra month or two for FREE. All you have to do is sign up for a six month or one year upfront membership and we will give you even more classes.
Basic Training Boot Camp runs for six weeks, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:15-8:15pm.
