2 min to get loose then 3 rounds of:
30 Double Unders or efforts
(3 sec up 3 sec down)
3 x 10 Ball Slams
(2 min of additional mobility as needed.)
Strength: Warm up then
3 x 70/80/90% (plus)
Take you time. Mobilize and or rest between efforts. These should be taxing.
Go Hard. Pick a weight and scaling that will get you done in sub 6 min.
