Skill Mobility: 8 min Try something new and find what works best for you. Dorsiflexion/ankle mobility, Lower body (Squatting poster) Lats and pecs Upper Body (pressing/OH poster) DO one you have not done and If you don’t need one or the other spend more time on the one you do need to work on. Enjoy the time to experiment and figure your personal vehicle out.
Strength: Work to a Daily Heavy DL then 3×5@80%
Wod Prep 5 min – Scaling for pistols (This will be new for many of you)
Wod 16 min Cap

6 Pistols L/R
2 Rope Climbs (Either start on back and pull to vertical or use the rope and KB Set. Better yet alternate between them.
