Come and find out for yourself what training at CrossFit Guelph is all about.  CrossFit Guelph est, 2006 is the original CrossFit gym in Guelph and the 13th in Canada.

Here is your ticket to a free introductory class at CrossFit Guelph.

Spend an hour learning the who, what, where, when, whys, and most importantly hows of training at CrossFit Guelph. Your free introductory trial class is a private/small group of beginners  hour with one of our professional trainers and will include goal determination, a movement assessment, movement instruction, nutrition basics, and of course a workout.

Kids Classes:

Worried that training will stunt their growth? Have the experts told you about growth plate damage?  Come, get the facts and see what we can for your child’s fitness and confidence…Yes, CrossFit can be appropriate for kids!

We encourage parents to drop in with their kids to see what we are all about.  Classes are appropriate for kids 8 – 12 and 13 – 17.

Here is your ticket to a free introductory class at CrossFit Guelph. 

Please indicate whether the trial class is for an adult or a child. Children are invited to join in an ongoing class. We respectfully ask that you let us know you are coming so we can properly prepare.

Our Coach Sandor Balo is a former coach in the Serbian national Olympic Lifting program. He has served as a Junior National and Woman’s team coach and worked as an athletic therapist.

Fun, safe and challenging classes for kids ages 8-12 and 13-18.  At CrossFit Guelph we provide our young athletes with skills and strength to help them in life and in their sports. Healthy and strong kids are less injury prone and more likely to become healthy and fit adults. Our focus is on technique and consistency with intensity layered in as the kids become proficient in the basics. Our goal is to instil in all our young athletes a passion for and lifelong love affair with fitness and health.

CrossFit Guelph Kids (8-12) classes are offered on Monday and Wednesday’s 9:30-10:15  am and 4:00-4:45  pm. $ 79.00 per month, plus applicable taxes.

CrossFit Guelph Teens (13-18) classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s 4:00-4:50 pm $99.00 per month, plus applicable taxes.

Group On Ramp and Private Basic Training

CrossFit Guelph’s On Ramp training program is not your ordinary Boot Camp. It is an education in movement!

Group-On Ramp  (Boot Camp) is a one-hour high energy group class in a safe, fun, supportive and of course challenging environment that focuses on movement proficiency.  At CrossFit Guelph our On Ramp classes are designed for beginner and intermediates athletes,  facilitate a gentle and step by step exposure to CrossFit methodology and provide the basic tools and knowledge for sustainable weight loss.  After graduating On Ramp you will have the knowledge and confidence to participate fully in any of our regular classes and also understand the basics of nutrition and weight loss. Please note,  On Ramp classes build on one another.

Group-On Ramp classes are limited to ten participants per camp, run in 6 week cycles and are offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7 pm.  Each session runs for 12 classes.

Make sure you can attend all 12 classes. As a safety precaution you will not be permitted to transition to regular CrossFit classes if you do not complete all 12 On Ramp sessions. However, we understand that life happens. As such,  it will be possible to make up classes for an additional $25.00 per missed session. Make up sessions will be be one on one.

Cost is $169.99 plus HST. Add 6 week  meal plan for just only $129.99 plus HST

Private Basic Training consists of four one hour private sessions and are geared towards a slightly more experienced  athlete wanting to get started as soon as possible with regular classes.  

Private Basic Training is scheduled by appointment only. Please contact us at 519 993 2119 or sign up here and we will schedule you with one of our professional trainers at our mutual convenience. (just scroll down to Private Basic Training) A Trainer will contact you within 48 hours.
