Come and find out for yourself what training at CrossFit Guelph is all about. CrossFit Guelph est, 2006 is the original CrossFit gym in Guelph and the 9thth in Canada.
Spend an hour learning the who, what, where, when, whys, and most importantly hows of training at CrossFit Guelph. Your free introductory trial class is a private/small group of beginners hour with one of our professional trainers and will include goal determination, a movement assessment, movement instruction, nutrition basics, and of course a workout.
A trainer will be in touch with you to schedule/confirm your free introductory trial class within 48 hours. Alternatively you may call 519 993 2119 to book directly.
Royal City Weightlifting is the Tri Cities only registered and dedicated Olympic Lifting Club.
Our Coach Sandor Balo is a former coach in the Serbian national Olympic Lifting program. He has served as a Junior National and Woman’s team coach and worked as an athletic therapist.

Strength and Conditioning Camp
Each one week camp is designed to give your young athlete a solid technical grounding, challenge and inspire them in a fun and safe environment.
All camps will include the basics of nutrition, strength training, conditioning, and mobility.
Classes will include lecture time, training time and fun time. All students will be provided with post workout protein shakes and fruit.
Our goal is to make our young athletes stronger, more powerful, explosive, mobile and less prone to injury.
Camps run for one week and are limited to 10 participants per session.
Ask about our 5 week advanced athlete program.
Camps require a minimum of 6 participants to run. Cancellation policy with full refund in effect.

CrossFit Guelph Kids (8-12) classes are offered on Monday and Wednesday’s from 4:00-4:45 pm. $ 79.00/1 class per week and $ 99.99 for two classes per week per month, plus applicable taxes.
CrossFit Guelph Teens (13-18) classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s 4:00-4:50 pm $99.00 per month, plus applicable taxes.
We encourage parents to drop in with their kids to see what we are all about. Classes are appropriate for kids 8 – 12 and 13 – 17.
